Why can't I see an on screen proof?
For printed / personalised products you should be shown an on screen proof before you order.
This proof will be in low-res PDF format which should be embedded in the page (or as a popup depending on browser configuration).
The most common cause for not being able to see this proof is that you don't have the Adobe Reader plugin installed. You can download this for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
Other reasons may be incompatible browser or corporate firewall / security software stopping the preview from functioning.
