How do I authorise an order?
If you are assigned to be an authoriser for your company you may receive an email asking you to authorise particular orders. This will be because certain users are not allowed to place an order without seeking authorisation first.
To authorise an order you need to login to your Online Ordering account and then you will see on the home page of Online Ordering an alert panel that tells you how many orders require authorisation.
Select the appropriate application for the type of order, and then a list of those orders that require authorisation will be displayed. You can also get to these orders through the My Orders option.
If you receive an email regarding an order, and then login and the order does not present itself to be authorised, it may be that the user has mutliple authorisers assigned to them, and someone else may have authorised the order ahead of you.
